Ashley & Martin ordered to pay consumers over unfair contract terms
The Federal Court has ordered Ashley & Martin to refund consumers as a result of unfair terms in one of its hair loss treatment programs.
In September the Fedearl Court found three standard form contracts used by Ashley & Martin contained unfair terms.
Today the Court ordered Ashley & Martin to refund certain customers who had asked to terminate their contract because of medical advice received:
