AIPE found to have operated system of unconscionable conduct

The Federal Court (Justice Bromwich) has found that training college Australian Institute of Professional Education Pty Ltd (AIPE) implemented a system of unconscionable conduct and engaged in misleading and deceptive conduct when enrolling consumers into courses.
